My passion for dancing started at a very tender age and has grew stronger along the way. In my schooling days, I did Chinese dance. Modern dance, Aerobic and Tap Dance, Cheerleading, Gymnastics, Hip hop and Jazz.

I do regular stints for charities, in Dinner & Dances and conducted dance classes for beginners. Having insecurities about my own height and figure, I never dreamt of being a dance instructor, much less a lifestyle coach.

Yet today, I have learnt to be an inspiration to my clients by showing them what it means to lead a happy, healthy and sensUal lifestyle as an Asian woman. I have since transformed from a tomboyish girl into a lady exuding irresistible confidence with my xotic dancing and it’s so fun! :o)

Trained in the first Ladies Lifestyle Studio in Singapore and Asia, I am grateful to be the first generation of SensUal Joy Lifestyle Studio’s Lifestyle Coaches.

I have always been an eager student of all kinds of dances. I am no stranger to Hip Hop, Jazz, Modern/Contemporary, Traditional Malay & Chinese Dance and of course Xotic. 

I was very hesitant when first introduced to Xotic dancing.   I was skeptical that I have what it takes to be to do it well. Who would have imagined that it would utterly transform the way I move despite being a dancer all my life! It has also so deliciously change the way I feel as a woman!

I am the best testimony of how enjoying an xotic lifestyle has helped me keep in touch with my inner-goddess and get re-acquainted with my beautiful body. I now know that I can do so much more than I have ever dared dreamed! What a powerful way to live! :o) So to all ladies out there, regardless of size or age, just remember that nothing is impossible.  See U in our programs and I will show U my wonderful secret! ,op

I love dancing and nothing can stop the passion from burning :) Dancing don’t require a supermodel’s figure, anyone can utilize those simple maneuvers to the fullest potential.

If U think that I’m very gentle and mild-mannered all the time, hey you are oh-so-wrong! When music is on, U’ll see a chic oozing that hint of charm & natural confidence. naturally.

Xotic dancing is much more than ‘dancing sexy’, it is learning how to reach deep within yourself, finding your own inner beauty & grace, and combining it into a sensUal dance movement.
